13th Pulilan Mandala International Art Festival Opens with Celebration of Art and Environmental Action


PULILAN, Bulacan — The 13th Pulilan Mandala International Art Festival opened on May 8, 2026, at SM Center Pulilan, uniting artists, performers, and art enthusiasts under the theme “Art, Earth, Action.”


The festival began with the launch of the Art, Earth, Action exhibit, featuring works that promote environmental awareness, creativity, and social responsibility across diverse artistic forms.


Opening performances included artist Sam Penaso, the Mabuhay Tibag Community Rondalla, and dancer Ashna Katoch, whose presentations brought energy and cultural depth to the event.


In the afternoon, a lecture series encouraged discussions on art, environmental awareness, and

community engagement.


The annual Pulilan Mandala International Art Festival remains a platform for local and international artists to connect through creativity and inspire action on environmental and social issues.
