Alex Gonzaga–Morada announced on May 21, 2026 that she is pregnant again—this time naturally after experiencing three miscarriages. She and her husband, Mikee Morada, first lost a pregnancy in October 2021. That painful experience, coupled with their strong desire to become parents, led them to try In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), a medical treatment where a woman’s egg and a man’s sperm are combined in a laboratory outside the body to form embryos.

Alex went through two more miscarriages during their IVF journey, with the third loss confirmed in December 2024. In past interviews, she has described that period as one of the most heartbreaking chapters of her life.

Throughout the years, Mikee Morada has stood by her side, openly talking about how faith, medical guidance, and their relationship helped them cope. In earlier interviews, he shared the emotional toll of watching Alex endure multiple pregnancy losses while also recognizing her strength and determination not to give up on their dream of starting a family. Their honesty has touched many couples who are going through similar struggles with infertility and miscarriage.

In the middle of preparing for another round of IVF, Alex shared the joyful news on her social media: “While preparing for IVF, the Lord Jesus blessed us with a natural pregnancy.” Her post quickly drew thousands of messages from fans, friends, and fellow celebrities. Her family, including her sister Toni Gonzaga, has also been very supportive, offering prayers and encouragement both on air and in private during the couple’s long wait.

For many people, this pregnancy feels like nothing short of a miracle. Alex Gonzaga–Morada has become a symbol of strength and resilience for women on a similar journey. Her story reminds us that even after repeated losses and heartbreak, there is still room for hope and healing. For countless women facing infertility and miscarriage, her experience brings comfort and encouragement to keep going, and to trust that motherhood may still come in its own time.
