Aloida Gosiengfao, Queen of cosplay of the Philippines , and Japanese artist Amano Yoshitaka stole the spotlight on the 2nd day of ToyCon Nexus PH, June 13th 2026, at SMX Convention Center Manila. Aloida discussed Tandercon, her return to gaming, and the cosplays. Yoshitaka joined a fan Q&A, sharing that he writes and studies art constantly. On expanding to Southeast Asia, he mentioned that the Philippines is his first stop and he’s enjoying it to be there and that’s a win for us. He’s currently focused on art and animation for now, but said he’d jump at the chance for an exhibition here.

The ToyCon Event at the SMX Convention Center Manila is until tomorrow only, the 3rd and last day of the event. Check the ToyCon PH facebook page for more and other information like tickets, program, and time.
