FPS Media Ph Holds Mobile Photography Training in Pulilan

Frames Per Second Media conducted the first day of its Basic Mobile Photography Training at the VM AIC Headquarters in Brgy. Sto. Cristo, Pulilan. The activity is part of a media training project led by Pulilan Vice Mayor Atty. Imee DJ. Cruz.

Students from different schools across the municipality joined the session, including participants from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines – Pulilan Campus.

The training focused on the fundamentals of mobile photography, especially for media and documentation. A trainer from Frames Per Second Media guided the participants through the basics, including how to use their mobile phones effectively for capturing quality images.

The session also covered common limitations of mobile phone cameras, such as lighting issues and technical constraints. Students learned how to work around these challenges using simple techniques like maximizing available light, choosing better angles, and applying basic composition principles.

To reinforce the lessons, participants took part in hands-on activities where they practiced taking photos. They received feedback and guidance to help improve their shots.

As part of her support for the program, Vice Mayor Cruz provided transportation for the students. She also pledged to cover expenses for those who may join photography competitions, whether within Pulilan or beyond.

The training aims to develop students’ skills and prepare them for competitions at both local and higher levels. By the end of Day 1, participants had built a solid foundation in mobile photography and gained practical knowledge they can apply in future sessions.
