Multimedia Training and Film Society Launch Held in Pulilan

A Multimedia Training session took place on January 18, 2026, at the VM AIC Headquarters in Brgy. Sto. Cristo, Pulilan. The activity is part of the youth media development initiative led by Vice Mayor Atty. Imee DJ. Cruz and was facilitated by Frames Per Second Media.

Students from Dampol 2nd National High School, Sta. Peregrina High School, and the Polytechnic University of the Philippines – Pulilan Campus, along with other participants, attended the session. The training introduced them to the basics of multimedia and its practical applications.

Alongside the workshop, participants held an election of officers for the newly formed Salin-Lente Pulilan Film Society. The organization aims to bring together young people interested in multimedia and filmmaking, giving them a space to collaborate, develop their skills, and work on creative projects.

The creation of the Salin-Lente Pulilan Film Society marks a step forward in strengthening youth involvement in media and the creative arts in Pulilan. It is expected to support aspiring filmmakers and multimedia practitioners by encouraging teamwork, continuous learning, and active participation in future projects and events.

By combining skills training with the formation of a student-led organization, the activity supports the program’s broader goal of nurturing young talent and creating lasting opportunities in multimedia and filmmaking within the community.
