Central Luzon increases minimum wage up to ₱30 to ₱40 in 2026


As of April 16, Central Luzon (Region III) has increased its minimum wage, bringing non-agricultural rates to ₱600, covering Bataan, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Tarlac, and Zambales, under the new Wage Order No. RBIII-26 mandates a daily minimum wage increase of ₱50 to ₱80 for private-sector workers.


According to the Department of Labor and Employment’s National Wages Productivity Commission (DOLE-NWPC), earnings range from ₱30 to ₱40.


Meanwhile, the Agricultural Sectors ranged from ₱540 to ₱570 on average, while the Retail/Service Sectors increased from ₱560 to ₱590


On the other hand, in Aurora, the pay rise is up to ₱ 60 for non-agricultural sectors, ₱545 for agricultural sectors, and ₱515 for retail and services.


The pricing range is being calculated through this year's earnings, cost of living, enterprises' capacity to pay, subsistence costs, and outgoing costs.
